Key Responsibilities

• Branding & Positioning – “Trusted Brand”

  Leverage FFI’s rich legacy—rooted in over 28 years of IT consulting excellence and industry recognitions such as Process Excellence, Deloitte Technology Fast 500 Asia Pacific, NASSCOM Emerging 50, and GITEX Technology Week awards—to enhance the company's credibility and brand voice.

• Creative & Campaign Production

  Coordinate with designers and content teams to produce compelling marketing collateral—case-study leaflets, banners, email campaigns—that reflect FFI’s innovative, professional, and people-focused identity.

• Promotion & Marketing Outreach

  Support the creation and deployment of marketing initiatives across digital channels. Emphasize FFI’s industry verticals (e.g., BFSI, Healthcare, Telecom, Retail), global span across India, USA, and MEA, and its approach to IT staffing and managed solutions.

• Sales & Market Insights

  Assist in sales enablement by generating market insights, tracking competitor branding, and shaping messaging that highlights FFI’s differentiators like Tech Source, Tech Search, Tech Soft, and TechServ.

• Digital & Content Marketing

  Aid in crafting editorial and thought leadership content (e.g., blogs, whitepapers) to elevate FFI's reputation in digital transformation and IT staffing. Monitor engagement metrics and channel distribution.

• Brand Consistency & Creative Support

  Ensure all communications—internal and external—adhere to FFI’s brand standards and tone across formats and platforms.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, branding, digital marketing, or creative roles.
• Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
• Familiarity with brand marketing, digital/social platforms, and analytics.
• Highly organized with teamwork capabilities across design, content, and sales.
• Creative flair with tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.

Preferred

• Experience in IT services, digital transformation, or staffing sectors.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g.,MS CRM).
• Understanding of industry-specific messaging frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Willingness to work from either Bengaluru or Gurugram (flexible/hybrid structure applicable).
