Role & responsibilities

1. Effective Customer Engagement to ensure Techno/ Commercial alignment in right time.
2.Market Presene - Regularly Travel across India / Abroad to meet customers to generate business. 3.Customer applications well understood and aligned to system Limitations , if any. 4. Contractual Obligations are closed timely, effectively. 5. Data is properly archived 6. Orders are at the agreed Gross Margins. 7. Sites are Effectively Managed. Communication & Actions are aligned with Intra(Customer) & Inter( Various Functions in the Organisation) Communication. 8. Communication is effective & aligned during Project Execution. 9. Dues are Collected in time, as per Projected plans. 10. Keep Abreast of Trends; Competitors; New Innovations/Developments. 11. Effective and timely co ordination with Enginering to ensure developments and changes are incorporated. 12. Presentations and Techno Commercial Literature is updated, relevant, easy to communicate. Constantly. 13. Digital Footprint is relevant with the changing times. 14. Digital Imprint and reach should be above average. Follows, Hits and enquiries to be at agreed levels 15.International business understanding 16. (SAP) understanding

Preferred candidate profile

1. 3-6 years professional technical experience in Marketing , preferably Capital Goods in FOOD PHARMA, PERSONAL CARE & CHEMICALS.
2. Excellent Communication skills , must be comfortable with software tools such as spreadsheet, word, PowerPoint, access, project etc.
