Role Overview

We are seeking a Content Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute a content calendar across social media, website, email, and PR.
  • Shape Hookabas brand voice to resonate with Gen Z, Gen Alpha, and lifestyle audiences.

Content Creation & Management

  • Oversee creation of high-quality content (videos, blogs, reels, campaigns, UGC, influencer collabs).
  • Manage freelancers, creators, and agencies when needed.

Social Media & Community Building

  • Drive engagement on Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
  • Build and nurture a community of fans, creators, and event partners.

Performance & Growth

  • Optimize content for reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Track KPIs (engagement rate, traffic, leads, sales) and prepare monthly reports.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with design, sales, and product teams to launch new products with impactful campaigns.
  • Coordinate with event/wedding planners and brand collaborators for content partnerships.

Requirements

  • 36 years of experience in

    content marketing / social media / brand storytelling

    .
  • Strong portfolio showcasing

    digital campaigns, short-form video, and youth-centric content

    .
  • Understanding of

    Gen Z/Gen Alpha digital behavior, trends, and pop culture

    .
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or AI content tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO, paid media basics, and content analytics.
  • A creative hustlersomeone who thrives in a

    startup environment

    and can execute hands-on.

  • Experience with

    D2C or lifestyle brands
