About the Role

Marketing Automation Strategist

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize
marketing automation workflows
across email, CRM, and social media platforms.
Manage and maintain
CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
ensuring data hygiene and audience segmentation.
Collaborate with social media teams to
integrate automation with campaign strategies
.
Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to improve customer engagement and ROI.
Support new client onboarding by setting up automation journeys, tracking systems, and reporting dashboards.
Partner with creative and strategy teams to ensure
automation aligns with brand goals
.

Key Requirements

1–2 years of experience
in Marketing Automation, CRM, or Digital Marketing (agency experience preferred).
Hands-on knowledge of
CRM & automation tools
(Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, etc.).
Strong foundation in
social media campaign execution & integration
with automation flows.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with familiarity in dashboards, reporting, and campaign optimization.
