Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and versatile Marketing & Operations Manager to lead marketing operations at the group level across our diversified businesses Organic Food Products (FMCG), Real Estate, Sports Club, and Education (Schools & Colleges). This leadership role will drive group-wide marketing efficiency, ensure consistent brand positioning, and build scalable processes that fuel business growth across all verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

Group Marketing Operations

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for all verticals FMCG, Real Estate, Sports, and Education.
• Develop marketing processes, KPIs, and dashboards across the Group.
• Lead branding, communications, and PR initiatives to strengthen corporate and business unit positioning.
• Coordinate campaigns, partnerships, and community engagement programs.

Business & Operations Management

• Drive cross-functional coordination among sales, supply chain, finance, and operations teams.
• Forecast demand, maintain optimal stock levels, and ensure supply chain efficiency.
• Identify and implement system-driven solutions to improve business processes.
• Define quarterly/annual business goals in alignment with the Groups vision.
• Explore new channel opportunities: offline retail, B2B, exports, and collaborations.

Brand Management & Corporate Communication

• Ensure a strong and consistent Group Brand Identity, while allowing customized messaging for individual verticals.
• Oversee PR, corporate communications, campaigns, and reputation management.
• Manage digital presence and storytelling for its business units.

Performance Marketing & Digital Growth

• Lead digital marketing strategy (SEO, SEM, social, e-commerce, and lead generation) across verticals.
• Monitor performance KPIs leads, conversions, brand reach, and ROI ensuring accountability.
• Drive omni-channel campaigns integrating offline, digital, and on-ground marketing.

Cross-Vertical Growth & Innovation

• Identify synergies across businesses (e.g., FMCG promotions at Sports Clubs, Real Estate community engagement through schools, etc.).
• Support new business launches and market entries with robust go-to-market strategies.

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead and mentor marketing teams across business units, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Build a centralized Marketing COE (Centre of Excellence) to share best practices, tools, and resources.
• Work closely with directors and business heads to align marketing with sales and operations.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong expertise in multi-industry marketing operations (FMCG, Real Estate, Education, Hospitality/Sports).
• Hands-on experience in digital marketing, brand strategy, and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-business environment with competing priorities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 10 to 13 years of marketing experience, with at least 5+ years at a leadership level.
• Proven track record in managing marketing at group/corporate level across diverse industries.
