Your role as a Marketing and Operations Intern will involve actively participating in marketing and operations tasks, including managing the MyStart Circle platform, conducting market research, supporting sales initiatives, creating marketing content, and ensuring a seamless user experience. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and update the MyStart Circle platform with accurate and engaging content. - Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities. - Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies across digital channels. - Support sales activities and maintain customer interactions. - Create marketing materials such as posts, newsletters, and campaigns. - Collaborate with the team to drive engagement and achieve business objectives. - Provide customer support to startups and partners on platform-related queries. Qualifications: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Interest or experience in market research and developing marketing strategies. - Sales and customer service skills. - Ability to manage tasks proactively, independently, and collaboratively. - Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms (preferred). - Quick learner with enthusiasm for startups and SaaS products.
