Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Conduct secondary and primary research on the logistics and supply chain industry (domestic and international).
Gather and analyze data on market size, industry growth, customer segments, and emerging trends.
Track competitor activities, pricing models, service offerings, and digital adoption in logistics.
Support in preparing research reports, presentations, and dashboards for management review.
Identify potential business opportunities, customer pain points, and partnership avenues.
Assist in analyzing regulatory and policy changes impacting the logistics sector.
Provide insights to support business strategy, marketing initiatives, and expansion plans.

Qualifications & Skills

Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); exposure to data visualization tools is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Interest in logistics, supply chain, and emerging technologies (AI, automation, digital freight platforms).
