Act as the SPOC between customers and internal teams Manage end-to-end program execution from PO to delivery Track inventory, production, shipments & ensure on-time fulfillment Coordinate across CFTs for smooth manufacturing operations Follow up on technical inputs, artwork approvals & invoices

• Be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for global clients. • Lead internal cross-functional teams (CFT) to meet delivery timelines. • Coordinate purchase orders, material planning, inventory management, and dispatch. • Drive quality output, cost control, and customer communication. • Identify risks, manage changes, and track program profitability.
