Manual/Automation tester

You will be responsible for defining and delivering test plans, strategies, and hands-on testing. Your role will involve creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases, as well as obtaining sign-off on them from respective stakeholders. You will manage the testing process, including test execution, preparation of test automation scripts, and timely completion of testing. Additionally, you will coordinate with other teams for integration testing and develop standard methodologies for the QA process to ensure zero defects in production. As a Manual/Automation Tester, you will prepare test summary reports and document bugs in UAT/Production on ADO. You will work closely with technical teams to discuss test results, both functional and performance, and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Your responsibilities will also include undertaking API testing using tools like SOAP and Rest, as well as Postman. Furthermore, you will participate in the user story creation process by dissecting high-level requirements and providing valuable input. Overall, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software products through meticulous testing and collaboration with various stakeholders.
