Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Test Engineer with strong expertise in functional, manual, and automation testing. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the banking domain and hands-on experience with the Robot Framework. This role demands excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to test case design and execution.
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases for functional and automation testing.
Perform manual testing to validate application functionality and user experience. Implement and maintain automated test scripts using Robot Framework. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure quality deliverables. Identify, document, and track defects through resolution. Participate in test planning, estimation, and reporting activities. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Minimum 6 years of experience in software testing.
Strong proficiency in functional and manual testing methodologies. Hands-on experience with Robot Framework for automation. Solid understanding of the banking domain and related applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to design effective and efficient test cases. Experience with test management and defect tracking tools. Must-Have Skills:
