We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Manual Testing QA to join our dynamic team. As a Manual Testing QA, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software applications through manual testing processes. You will collaborate closely with our development team to understand product requirements and execute test cases to identify bugs, usability issues, and other areas of improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute test cases (manual) and analyze results to ensure functionality and adherence to specifications
• Identify, isolate, and document bugs thoroughly and clearly
• Proven expertise in API testing, encompassing a deep understanding of API endpoints, various request methods, data structures (e.g., JSON, XML), and authentication protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives, gather requirements, and define test strategies
• Participate in test plan reviews, requirement reviews, and design reviews
• Develop and maintain test cases and test documentation
• Perform regression testing, smoke testing, and sanity testing as needed
• Work with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 2-3 years of experience in manual software testing
• Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience with test case management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• US Healthcare Knowledge or experience
• ISTQB certification or similar QA certifications
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Knowledge of automated testing tools and techniques
