Job Description

We are looking for a Manual QA Tester to ensure quality, stability, and reliability of our web and mobile applications. Your testing efforts will directly impact the user experience of HR professionals and employees across industries.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct manual testing of web and mobile applications to ensure defect-free releases.
Understand HR processes and workflows to create real-world test scenarios for GlueBlu.
Prepare and maintain test plans, test cases, and bug reports.
Execute functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve issues and improve product quality.
Identify UI/UX inconsistencies, workflow gaps, and edge case issues proactively.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience in manual testing, preferably in SaaS or HR Tech applications.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC.
Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools (JIRA, ClickUp, or similar).
Ability to create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test reports independently.
Familiarity with HR or workforce management processes is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of SQL or API testing tools (like Postman) is a plus.
