Manager/Senior Manager Analytics & Insights

Role Overview: As the Manager/Senior Manager Analytics & Insights at Agoda, an online travel booking platform based in Bangkok, Thailand, you will play a crucial role in leading strategic and operational initiatives within the Supply department's Analytics team. Relocation is provided for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Manage, standardize, and validate business case structures for various aspects like product development, headcount, engineering resources, budgets, and strategic roadmap prioritization - Define success metrics, validate experiments, and cultivate an experimental mindset within the teams - Provide a macro-level business intelligence view to identify missed opportunities, overcome obstacles, and drive commercial behaviors - Conduct quantitative analysis, data mining, and present business metrics to identify key drivers and establish a communication framework based on business value, effort, and urgency - Collaborate with teams to enhance inter- and intra-departmental efficiencies, streamline processes, and prioritize system enhancements - Develop dashboards, internal/external reports, and present key datasets to enable team members to monitor performance effectively - Lead a small team of experts, mentor team members, and collaborate with connectivity teams to deliver on various functions Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of leadership experience in analytics/data science/insights/strategy - 2+ years of experience leading analytics, operational, product, or technical teams - Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python, R, or similar - Strong background in statistical modeling and machine learning - Ability to derive data insights and provide business recommendations - Excellent communication skills with proficiency in written, verbal, and presentation abilities - Strong program/project management experience - Bachelor's degree ideally in a business or quantitative subject - Experience in articulating strategic issues and negotiating with C-level executives - People management skills with a track record of developing team members - Ability to independently drive projects, engage stakeholders, and deliver results efficiently,
