Equipment & Safety Management:
Maintain
electrical equipment
and ensure the
safety of people & property
.
Possess knowledge of
high-end electric equipment
and their operations.
Regularly communicate with staff at all levels across all departments to share vital
health and safety information
and company policies in a timely manner.
Facility Maintenance & Compliance:
Manage and audit the safe and efficient maintenance and
statutory inspections
of all facilities.
This includes registers,
fixed electrical installations
,
emergency systems
, and all
building infrastructure
, ensuring
compliance
with agreed procedures and regular reporting.
Maintain a range of
building-related records
and service agreements.
Operational Monitoring & Reporting:
Inspect and monitor the functions of building facilities, including
lifts, DG sets, air conditioning, fire services, water supply, electricity supply, and building work
.
Check and maintain the
Log books and checklists
of all facilities.
Prepare and send
Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports
to the Operations Manager.

Skills

Strong knowledge of
high-end electrical equipment
and their operations.
Understanding of
health and safety regulations
and company policies.
Proficiency in managing and auditing facility maintenance and
statutory inspections
.
Ability to maintain detailed records and service agreements.
Excellent observational skills for monitoring building functions.
Strong communication skills for reporting and staff interaction.

Qualifications

A
Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical
engineering.
Professional experience in the same field.
