Role Purpose
Responsible for operations & implementation of Performance Management related interventions such as driving & executing Goal setting, Mid-year review, Annual performance review, development plans & other PMS operations activities.
Role Accountability
- Support the implementation of performance management, processes, and tools. Support and maintain high potential career development program processes, procedures, tools, and guidelines/framework
- Contribute to driving PMS-related activities
- Maintain repository of PMS-related documents
- Provide ongoing support to ensure that performance management systems are being used to effectively manage operations work processes
- Support in conducting Assessment Centers for senior management level promotions/development
- Coordinate work closely with appropriate stakeholders to drive PMS
- Support in managing employee concerns, clarifications and issues for PMS process & portal related support
- Develop self, and work effectively with different teams and diverse population
