Work you ll do
The primary role is to make immediate, direct contributions to enhancing our clients competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable.
To do this, one must perform the following activities within the firm:
SAP BTP Professional should have:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design, development, and delivery of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) solutions leveraging
Cloud Application Programming (CAP)
model and Cloud Foundry
environment. - Architect and implement scalable, cloud-native applications using CAP framework, ensuring best practices in modularity, security, and performance.
- Drive CI/CD pipeline design and automation to enable efficient, reliable, and repeatable software deployments on SAP BTP.
- Manage and mentor development teams on CAP development, Cloud Foundry deployment, and DevOps processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, architects, and developers to deliver integrated solutions.
- Oversee end-to-end application lifecycle management, including version control, testing, release, and monitoring.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, security guidelines, and governance for SAP BTP projects.
- Lead Agile delivery practices, sprint planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate new tools and technologies to enhance SAP BTP solution delivery and operational efficiency.
- Provide technical leadership and contribute to strategic roadmap planning for SAP BTP adoption.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in SAP development with strong expertise in
SAP BTP
, especially CAP
model and Cloud Foundry
runtime. - Hands-on experience designing and implementing
CI/CD pipelines
using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps for SAP BTP applications. - Proficient in cloud-native development concepts, microservices, containerization, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with SAP BTP services including authentication, authorization, persistence, and integration services.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with proven ability to drive project delivery in Agile environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA integration and SAP extension scenarios is preferred.
- Relevant SAP certifications in BTP, CAP, or DevOps are a plus.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from premier institutes.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
- Willingness to travel for short and long term durations.
