Manager- Sales -Data & Analytics

You will be part of the D&AI BI & Reporting Services team supporting the PFNA (PepsiCo Foods North America) sector, with a focus on reporting, data analysis, and analytics. This role will provide exposure to technical and functional skills in a dynamic environment while directly supporting key commercial stakeholders. - Collaborate with the product developer to design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces - Utilize Power BI tools to create dashboards and reports for customer behavior, market trends, and business performance - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements - Apply FMCG industry knowledge to identify growth opportunities - Extract insights from large datasets to inform business decisions - 6+ years in Sales Reporting & Analytics; 3+ years in Data Analytics (CPG preferred) - Background in top-tier consulting or FMCG industry preferred - 4+ years in data analytics/reporting tools and cloud-based platforms You will need intermediate/advanced proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, PowerBi, Python, and SQL. Additionally, knowledge of cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, GCP) & high-level optimal data architectural designs is required. You should have a strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage complex/incomplete datasets. Expertise in forecasting, market sizing, and strategic analytics will be crucial. You must be able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. Experience with Agile methodologies and project delivery is essential. Strong stakeholder engagement and change management skills are required. Demonstrating ownership, urgency, follow-through, and accountability will be key.
