Job Description

Communicate resilience requirements with IT application owners and evaluate applications and services against application resilience architecture design patterns and resilience requirements
Identify and implement simplification and automation opportunities to enhance resilience processes
Help develop ITSCM s processes business impact analysis, plans, status reports, and other documentation to ensure clear, correct, complete, reporting to executive leadership
Administer DR applications and tools
Recommend and implement changes to the application resilience architecture standards and requirements
Partner with ITSCM leadership to assist in the review of identified issues, including priority, potential impact and risk assessment of identified resilience gaps
Track, review and report resilience metrics
Participate in post incident reviews to analyze RCA data to ensure all findings are identified.
Develop training material for IT application owners and conduct training on use of the Resilience Assessment process
Determine risk and remediation for identified resilience gaps and report to business and technology leaders
Implement, maintain and support DR tooling, including the Resilience Assessment methodologies
