Job Description

As a key member of the team at Zaggle, your role will involve leading and executing organizational, business, and administrative projects from the Founders office. You will collaborate with stakeholders to drive key projects, set up processes to enhance organizational machinery, and manage stakeholders effectively. Your contribution will be crucial in business management and growth, including sales analytics and data-driven sales optimization. You will also work closely with external agencies on matters pertaining to the Founders Office. Additionally, conducting relevant research, preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring tasks are completed within agreed timelines will be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and execute organizational, business, and administrative projects from the Founders office - Collaborate with stakeholders to drive key projects - Set up processes to enhance organizational machinery - Stakeholder management - Play a key role in business management and growth - Sales analytics and data-driven sales optimization - Work closely with external agencies on matters pertaining to the Founders Office - Conduct relevant research, prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring tasks are completed within agreed timelines Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience - MBA from a top-tier college (preferred) - Project Management Skills - Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work - Experience in Startups/ Growth stage companies - Exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information - Writing Skills, Reporting Skills, Communication skills, Microsoft Office Skills, Time Management, Analytics and Presentation Skills - Business acumen Behavioural Skills: - Hunger for growth - Listening skills - Excellent networking and relationship building skills - Ability to take ownership and drive things - Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment - Ability to deal with ambiguity and deliver results - Ability to collaborate with teams across functions and hierarchies - Ability to multitask - Problem Solving capabilities,
