Role Summary:

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting and monitoring the execution of waste management projects, WtE, processing, and disposal operations. The role requires close coordination with municipal authorities, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure that the project runs smoothly, safely, and in compliance with regulatory norms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the President in planning, scheduling, and executing waste management projects.
• Ensure compliance with municipal corporation guidelines, environmental laws, and safety standards.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, daily progress reports, incident records, and compliance reports.
• Track project budgets, vendor bills, and support in cost monitoring.
• Liaise with Municipal authorities, contractors, and other stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Support in preparing MIS reports, presentations, and updates for management and clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

PMP Certification

·        Graduate in Environmental Science / Engineering / Management or equivalent.

·        Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

·        Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of ERP/Project Management tools is an added advantage.

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage contractors, workers, and government officials.

·        Proficiency in MS-Project/Agile
