Manager – Programmatic

Key Responsibilities:

• Take end-to-end ownership of campaign execution across DV360 and TTD.
• Manage Always-On campaigns for the Indian market, ensuring timely delivery and strong performance.
• Maintain and regularly update a live campaign status sheet covering all media channels.
• Collaborate with the client servicing team to ensure accurate campaign implementation and pacing.
• Share weekly performance reports for all active campaigns.
• Analyze campaign metrics (CTR, VTRs, CPM, CPA, ROAS, viewability, delivery, etc.) to generate insights.
• Provide actionable optimization recommendations on a weekly basis.
• Align campaign execution with business goals through regular sync-ups with media planners and performance teams.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in programmatic advertising/campaign management.
• Prior experience managing digital media campaigns for the Indian market is preferred.
• Expert-level knowledge of DV360 and experience with other DSPs.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic programmatic plans.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Excel and PPT skills.
