Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the WH Availability of Top GMV Contributing brands across Business Categories for Instamart
- Vendor and Brand Management: Develop and maintain healthy relationships with brands and vendors to ensure seamless operations and issue resolution. Sound knowledge of FMCG , Category Management & Operations.
- Responsible for tracking and improving fill rates on a Weekly monthly basis .
- Responsible for Master & fulfillment management , tracking the shipment delivered under the lead time and working on reducing the lead time wherever it is higher.
- To display the highest level of ownership in terms of maintaining the availability and achieving the targets set.
- Will be responsible for Fill Rate Reconciliation with Top brands , perform RCA on the drop bucket and create a roadmap to reduce the gap.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Planning, Category, Finance, Catalog, and Warehouse teams to ensure coordinated efforts and optimal outcomes.
- Finance and Payment Management: Address Brand payment & Reconciliation issues promptly, demonstrating a solid understanding of financial processes.
- Lead a team of Brand SCM Manager / Assistant Managers (3-4), fostering a high performance team with collaborative and productive work environment.
Desired Candidate
- MBA Graduate with sound knowledge about Category & Operations Management.
- Knowledge & Understanding: Good knowledge and understanding of FMCG Q- commerce will be an added advantage, 5-6 Years of experience in eCommerce, FMCG or Procurement , Vendor Management , Key Account Management
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Excel Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Financial Acumen: Fair understanding of finance and payment processes to manage vendor payment issues efficiently.
- Team Player: Strong team player who can collaborate effectively with various departments.
- Ownership: Ready to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities, demonstrating accountability and commitment.
- The ability to work independently or in cross-functional teams.
- Problem Solving approach.
