Job Description

Role Overview: As the Manager, Network Operations Centre (NOC) at NTT DATA, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of the NOC to ensure excellent customer service, operational practices, and professional development of the team members. Your role will involve collaborating with NOC managers to enhance the capabilities of the Global IP Network Operations Center and maintaining a high standard of customer service quality and operational excellence. You will be instrumental in fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Work with relevant NOC managers to manage the Global IP Network Operations Center. - Manage NOC technicians Realtime and non-Realtime responsibilities. - Ensure training and growth of NOC technicians. - Maintain and upkeep the NOC work environment. - Collaborate with NOC managers on projects to enhance the NOC's capabilities. - Maintain customer service quality and experience to the highest standard. - Ensure operational excellence of individual technicians and the NOC as a whole. - Address escalations and collaborate with internal or external parties for resolutions. - Develop process improvements, procedures, practices, and their documentation and implementation. - Foster communication and cooperation within the NOC and with other groups. - Interface with external groups, including teleconferences and face-to-face meetings. - Work with the business area head to determine hardware, software, and budgetary requirements for the NOC. - Set goals for employees and assist them in achieving those goals. - Ensure immediate teams participate in and complete companywide mandates/training in a timely manner. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology or a related field.
