Job Description: Manager MEP Works (Gupt Vrindavan Dham – Hare Krishna Cultural Centre, Jaipur) https://guptvrindavandham.org/ Position: Manager – MEP Works Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Industry: Construction/Religious Infrastructure Development Experience: Minimum 14 years in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & ELV, and Plumbing) works, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects. Key Responsibilities: MEP Works Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of all MEP activities for the HKM Temple construction project. Ensure the design, quality, and performance of all MEP systems meet project specifications and standards. Technical Supervision: Manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, ELV, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Collaborate with consultants and contractors to resolve technical challenges effectively. Quality Assurance: Implement strict quality control measures to ensure the reliability and efficiency of MEP systems. Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety standards. Coordination and Integration: Coordinate MEP activities with other construction disciplines, such as structural and finishing works, to avoid conflicts and delays. Review and approve MEP drawings, submittals, and materials for conformity with design requirements. Progress Monitoring: Develop and manage detailed schedules for MEP activities and monitor progress to meet project deadlines. Address delays or issues promptly to keep the project on track. Team Management: Supervise and lead MEP subcontractors and skilled labour on-site. Provide technical guidance and ensure efficient team performance. Budget and Resource Management: Assist in preparing and managing budgets for MEP works, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. Ensure the availability and proper utilization of MEP resources and equipment. Health and Safety Compliance: Promote a safe working environment by enforcing adherence to safety protocols for MEP installations. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Qualifications & Experience: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field. Advanced certifications in MEP systems, project management, or related disciplines will be advantageous. Experience: Minimum 14 years of experience in managing MEP works for large-scale construction projects. Experience in religious or heritage projects will be preferred. Skills and Competencies: In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, design principles, and installation techniques. Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and project management tools. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
