Job Description

You will be responsible for training administration management, overall training coordination, and content development. Your key deliverables will include: - Using the Learning Management System for content creation, deployment, assessment, surveys, and MIS management. - Overseeing the implementation, assessment, and facilitation of training programs across Shoppers Stop stores, including the Services Office. - Identifying training requirements from stakeholders and customizing training programs to meet those needs. - Identifying training gaps by constantly assessing the complexity of the business environment. - Managing the training calendar for the month/quarter and ensuring training coverage across all stores. - Coordinating with business analysis and reporting teams, developing metrics for measuring and increasing learning effectiveness, conducting training evaluations, and performing floor audits. - Maintaining a comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) of training delivered, highlighting emerging trends and raising issues. - Ensuring skill development through research and value addition, content development, and driving participants towards desired learning goals. - Integrating key inputs required for business/operation improvement and adhering to the training plan, calendar, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
