HR Transformation Experience : Proven experience in driving and executing key HR initiatives like digital learning, performance enablement, or culture building.4. Data Analytics & Reporting : Strong analytical skills to track learning impact, HR metrics, and generate actionable insights.5. Budgeting & Cost Management : Understanding of L&D and HR budgeting, cost-benefit analysis, and ROI tracking of initiatives.6. Stakeholder Communication : Excellent presentation and communication skills to engage business leaders and influence decisions.7. PowerPoint & Documentation Skills : Proficiency in designing visually compelling and impactful HR presentations and reports.8.
