Manager Java Microservices

As a Manager / Specialist Technology (Java/Microservices) at Publicis Sapient, you will be part of a team that aims to transform the world through innovative technology solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver at least 3-4 large-scale projects from ground zero - Build large-scale, high-volume, low latency, high availability, and complex distributed services - Work on client-specific proposals and manage client accounts - Lead a large-sized team - Identify, showcase potential solutions, and recommend the best solution based on requirements - Drive key decisions on tools, technologies, user journeys, and overall governance - Implement object-oriented, SOLID, and DRY principles, reactive programming models, Microservices, and event-driven solutions - Utilize Java 8 and above extensively, including concurrency, multithreaded models, lambdas, streams, generics, advanced libraries, algorithms, and data structures - Work with Springboot/Spring cloud or similar frameworks for complex scalable solutions - Utilize build and Automation tools, Code Quality Plugins, CI/CD Pipelines, and Containerization platforms - Implement logging and Monitoring solutions like Splunk, ELK, Grafana, etc. - Deliver solutions using cloud platforms such as AWS/GCP/Azure/PCF - Integrate with messaging platforms like RabbitMQ/Kafka/cloud messaging/enterprise messaging - Perform testing and performance engineering including memory management, GC tuning, JUnit test cases, BDD automation tools, and performance/security tests Qualifications: - Experience: 10-14 years - Bachelors/Masters Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field - Cloud certification and exposure to modern technologies like AI/ML, IoT, Blockchain are advantageous In addition, Publicis Sapient offers a Gender-Neutral Policy, 18 paid holidays annually, generous parental leave, flexible work arrangements, and Employee Assistance Programs to support your wellness and well-being.
