As a Manager-Internal Audit based in Pune, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing internal audits, evaluating internal controls, analyzing financial data, and preparing comprehensive audit reports. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, pinpointing areas for process enhancement, and collaborating with different departments to bolster internal controls and operational effectiveness. To excel in this role, you should possess strong analytical abilities and prior experience in internal controls. Expertise in finance and financial audits, along with proficiency in accounting principles and practices, are essential. Effective written and verbal communication skills, the capacity to work autonomously, and the ability to lead a team are crucial.
