As the Manager, Innovation Strategy and Solutions Lead, you will play a crucial role in modernizing processes and implementing technology to enhance efficiencies and automation in the clinical development process. Your work will have a direct impact on enabling end-to-end solutions and transformation in the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Support the framing, assessment, and prioritization of internal and external innovation initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality across clinical development activities. - Utilize expertise in R, including Shiny dashboards and package development, to design and prototype advanced tools and applications supporting analytics and decision-making. - Leverage Python for areas such as DevOps, data engineering, machine learning, or generative AI, where applicable, with familiarity in SAS for integration with legacy environments. - Provide strategic input on project direction and contribute to the technical architecture of solutions, ensuring scalability and alignment with data and analytics strategy. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose, develop, and implement innovative solutions that streamline process execution across biometrics and the broader organization. - Ensure scientific validity and technical correctness of tools supporting clinical trial processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. - Contribute to the governance of solutions by aligning development with internal policies, stakeholder workflows, and regulatory expectations. - Actively participate in external organizations to exchange insights and stay abreast of industry innovations. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or any other scientific field. Master's degree preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
