Job Description

As a Recruitment and Project Staff Welfare Manager, your primary responsibility will be to plan and manage the recruitment and selection processes for project sites. You will be tasked with recruiting candidates for various projects and ensuring the welfare of project staff. This includes visiting project sites to interact with staff members and oversee welfare facilities. Additionally, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process of project staff, managing salary processes, submitting TA bills, providing uniforms, creating transport facilities, arranging accommodation for project staff, and handling other general HR activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills, along with a high level of integrity, coaching abilities, and adaptability. You should be willing to travel to project sites whenever required. To qualify for this position, you should have at least 5 to 10 years of experience in the HR and Administration field. This is a full-time position with walk-in opportunities and benefits such as health insurance, yearly bonuses, and a day shift schedule. The work location will be in person at various project sites.,
