Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

- Coordinate the recruitment process including job postings, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and selection.

- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation and compliance are in order.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and work-related concerns.

- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement activities.

3. Employee Well-being & Retention

- Promote employee welfare and well-being through various initiatives and programs.

- Work towards improving employee retention by identifying potential issues and implementing retention strategies.

- Assist in conflict resolution and handle disciplinary matters as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate or MBA in HR/related field.
