Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of Java developers, overseeing application development and support - Guide the design, build, and deployment of scalable Java/Spring Boot solutions aligned with business needs - Collaborate across teams to define project scope and deliverables with stakeholders, product managers, and engineers - Enforce coding standards and best practices through code reviews to ensure high-quality development - Mentor and coach team members, providing ongoing technical guidance and supporting their growth - Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time and in-scope delivery - Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and complex technical issues - Drive hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing team development - Stay updated on the latest Java, cloud, and containerization tools and trends - Serve as a technical escalation point for critical project challenges Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field - 12-14 years of relevant experience, with 3-4 years managing multidisciplinary development teams - Deep expertise in Java, Spring/Spring Boot, building RESTful APIs - Hands-on experience with Kafka (data pipelines/streaming) and Redis (caching/real-time) - Proficiency in CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure preferred) - Experience with Angular or React is a plus - Proven project management and Agile development skills - Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Additional Details: Ivanti offers friendly and flexible schedules, competitive compensation, and tailored benefits for you and your family.
