Manager-Data Analytics and BA Developer

You are looking for a Manager-Data Analytics and BA Developer role based in Mumbai. As a Data Visualization Analyst, you will be responsible for developing corporate visualization solutions using various data sources to facilitate decision-making. Your role will involve working on projects across different systems, offering technical support, and subject matter expertise. Additionally, you will need to be proficient in tools such as MS Power Platform, Tableau, and Qlik, focusing on report and data model design, administration, and mobility applications. You should have experience in connecting multiple data sources like SAP, Cloud applications, Oracle, APIs, and RDBMS. Your duties will include handling BI/Analytical requirements at SUN Pharma Global, collaborating with IT and Business teams on new developments, enhancements, and support needs. Key Responsibilities: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in data and analytics platforms with a strong understanding of visualization principles. - Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SAP and Non-SAP Connectors, design principles, and analytical capabilities. - Familiarity with SAP BW4HANA, SAP ERP, Azure, Cloud APIs, and RDBMS is advantageous. Key Duties & Responsibilities: - Develop dashboard wireframes and reports using Microsoft Power Platform and Tableau. - Design complex data models using SAP and Non-SAP sources. - Collaborate with business users to gather data and analytics requirements and design KPIs. - Conduct client end-user training for domestic and international clients. - Support and enhance available reports and dashboards. - Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into data warehouses. - Troubleshoot issues with existing data models and dashboards. - Work on system administration, upgrades, migrations, and authorizations. - Create new dashboards based on user requirements. - Manage system performance, sizing, and tuning. - Maintain technical and functional design documentation. - Adhere to coding standards and documentation practices.
