Manager - Customer Service

Job Summary -

Main Responsibilities -

• Act as Warehouse SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for customer, Nefab’s suppliers, subcontractor(s) & Nefab Plants
• Order Management including emergency order handling – Coordination with customer / service providers / internal teams
• Manage the subcontractors (service provider) & get the work done. Responsible for end-to-end daily operations questions, information requests, initiating and following up on warehouse operations related activity.
• Responsible for maintaining various MIS & KPI documents. Plan annual and cyclical stock takes
• Drive standardization, bring about measurable improvement in all business aspects including order TAT, Warehouse, Transportation & Packaging etc., Also, identify business opportunity at customer end
• Active participation in the internal, customer & service provider periodical reviews
• Maintain cordial relationship & effective communication with all the parties
• Take full ownership of customer complaints & respond in the agreed time frame. Escalate & resolve issues with respective teams as applicable
• Need-based visits to customers as well as suppliers & get the work done.
