Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a corporate engagement strategy focused on cricket-based events.
Identify and collaborate with HR, admin, and CSR teams of companies to host cricket tournaments, team-building activities, and branded events at 22Yards grounds.
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of corporate cricket events – from ideation and pitching to logistics and event day management.
Build and maintain partnerships with event agencies, sports promoters, and brand managers.
Create proposals, presentations, and custom packages tailored to corporate clients.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, design) to ensure smooth delivery of events.
Drive revenue growth through strategic B2B partnerships and recurring events.
Track performance metrics, client feedback, and improve offerings.

Requirements:

2-5 years of experience in the
events, experiential marketing, or brand activation
industry.
Proven experience in working with corporate clients and managing B2B events.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Passion for cricket or sports-related events is a big plus.
Willingness to travel within city for client meetings and event executions.
Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment.

Preferred Background:

Previous experience with event agencies, sports properties, or employee engagement teams.
Hands-on experience in corporate event sales or client servicing roles.
