Job Description

  • Preparation of proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment.
  • Develop proposals; negotiate with customers; ensure deals deliver shareholder value; drive competitive pricing. Develops sales plan for a specific region. Products and systems requiring technical knowledge. Some customization to client conditions can be done. Cooperates with (technical) sales support to realize sales. Is leading a department with large estimated orders
  • Tendering process for Govt. Departments, PSU's, Defense, Educational Institutes/Universities, big Sized Corporate.
    Tender Searching, defining Key words, funnel to participate Bid Preparation, documentation, co-ordination with technical-Finance team/s, on time participation, follow-up till ordering Pre-sales liaison, presentation, envisage issues/advantages, co-ordination. Need based Concept selling,
  • End to end management of the bids
    Tracking of tenders which are in line with our focus areas Study the tender and share the synopsis with all internal stake holders Schedule internal meetings with cross functional departments
  • And brief them about the tender requirements, deliverables, and timelines
    Attend pre-bid meeting to present queries and obtain clarifications Conduct feasibility study if required Coordinate with cross functional department to gather the required inputs, documents required for tender submission
  • Draft technical proposal as per RFP/Tender document requirements
    Timely submission of proposal with compliance as tender requirements Track the status of tender
  • He is responsible for implementation, maintenance and improvement of the QMS.
  • Achieving the target set up by management /timely completion of given assignments.
  • Preparation and adherence to tender / Prequalification requirements of tenders and scheduling timely submission of tenders, Reviewing tender, compilation of data for BOQs.
  • Correct interpretation of the techno-commercial aspects of the bid document.
  • Detailed study of the bid document and highlighting the clauses affecting the project user.
  • Planning of resources and preparation of schedules.
  • Preparation of data required for negotiation meetings/Assisting in project specific presentation skills.
  • Maintain correct post bid submissions.
  • Handling over of all documents to execution team after award of work.
  • Assisting the execution team for smooth kickoff of project
  • Documentation maintained in sequential manner.
  • Any other tasks assign by management or reporting authority
