We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our real estate team. The BDM will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent market knowledge, networking skills, and leadership qualities to develop strategic alliances and expand the company’s presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, potential investors, and high-net-worth clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, channel partners, and stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences.
  • Handle end-to-end sales cycles, including lead generation, site visits, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Represent the company at networking events, property expos, and promotional activities.
  • Prepare and present business development reports, sales forecasts, and performance updates to management.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing queries and concerns effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns and strategies for lead generation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience (5–10 years) in real estate sales/business development.
  • Strong network of investors, brokers, and real estate professionals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a sales team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,693.99 - ₹61,833.02 per month
