Job Description

You will be responsible for setting goals and objectives for your team in maintaining, integrating, and implementing software applications within the organization. You will coordinate the team's activities related to software application testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation, and support to ensure smooth, stable, and timely implementation of new software and updates to installed applications. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and build application configurations to meet user and business requirements while identifying improvements to complex application support processes and procedures. - Lead the team in performing basic to advanced and complex programming, configuration, testing, and deployment of fixes or updates for application version releases. - Act as the key point of contact with users to respond to application support requests and needs and prioritize enhancements. - Supervise day-to-day technical application support activities to deliver on business outcomes. - Coach the team and partner with multi-functional teams to ensure configurations align with standards and project goals. - Conduct prioritization of incoming incident tickets and user requests. - Maintain positive relationships with software vendors and negotiate complex contracts. - Guide the performance of configured applications and recommend adjustments to improve efficiency and effectiveness. - Ensure and guide the implementation of improvements for application-specific support processes and procedures. - Manage team members to achieve the organization's goals by ensuring productivity, communicating performance expectations, creating goal alignment, giving and seeking feedback, providing coaching, measuring progress and holding people accountable, supporting employee development, recognizing achievements and lessons learned, and developing enabling conditions for talent to thrive in an inclusive team culture. Qualifications: - Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience, typically reflecting 5 years or more of relevant experience. - 5+ years of Salesforce Experience with technical expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; Marketing Cloud experience is a plus. - Strong communication skills with the ability to express technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. - Proven ability to lead teams, mentor team members, and manage stakeholder expectations. - Track record in translating business requirements into Salesforce solutions.,
