Management Trainee- Business Development

You will be joining CollegeBatch, an Ed-Tech platform established in 2017, with a focus on guiding students and parents towards their desired educational institutions or courses. As a Management Trainee in Business Development, your role will involve assisting the sales team in implementing sales strategies to secure business from various Colleges and Universities. Your responsibilities will include supporting in new business generation, maintaining client relationships, offering post-sale services, and ensuring up-to-date information and documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Aid seniors in daily sales activities such as managing schedules, organizing important documents, and drafting Minutes of the Meetings. - Assist the sales team in acquiring new business through methods like cold calling, scheduling meetings online and offline, conducting prospect research, identifying relevant Educational events, managing collections, and ensuring regular updates to the sales team and seniors. - Address client queries effectively, provide after-sales support, and handle client complaints when necessary. - Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients to enhance overall client satisfaction by promptly addressing their concerns via phone or email. - Proactively communicate unforeseen delays or issues to clients, manage client expectations, and coordinate with the backend team. - Act as the primary contact for urgent calls, emails, and messages in the absence of seniors. Qualification Required: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with excellent coordination abilities. - A collaborative team player with a high level of energy, dedication, and a willingness to learn. - Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Excel spreadsheets. - Experience in conducting Online Meetings using platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. - Access to either a Car or a 2-wheeler for local coverage in Bangalore. - Educational qualification of any Bachelor's or Master's degree. - A positive mindset towards growth and development.,
