Job Description

A solutions architect role specializing in managed services, focused on designing optimal cloud solutions and ensuring successful service delivery for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Design comprehensive managed services solutions for clients.
Create service delivery frameworks and operational procedures.
Lead technical discussions with clients and stakeholders.
Evaluate and recommend cloud services and configurations.
Ensure solutions meet SLA and performance requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong solution architecture and design capabilities with 5+ years experience.
Deep understanding of cloud managed services and operations across compute, storage, networking, and databases.
Excellent client-facing and presentation skills with ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
Business acumen and strategic thinking abilities to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Proven experience in service delivery and operations with SLA management.
Hands-on experience with cloud monitoring, automation, and Infrastructure as Code tools.
Knowledge of ITIL framework and service management best practices.
Experience with cost optimization and cloud financial management.
Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
Relevant cloud certifications (Solutions Architect Associate/Professional level preferred).
