Maintenance Manager

Currently, we are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join our team. As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance engineers with a focus on preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC and non-CNC machines. Your primary goal will be to ensure 100% uptime of all machines and equipment, including turning, milling, and grinding machines. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in maintenance management, with expertise in CNC programming, VMC machine maintenance, and equipment maintenance. Mechanical and electrical maintenance knowledge is essential for this role, along with familiarity with CNC controllers such as Siemens, Fanuc, and PLCs programming. You will be expected to address the majority of maintenance issues internally with your team, but should have a good network of maintenance service providers to call upon when needed. In certain cases, coordination with European manufacturers for support may be required. Additionally, you will oversee building maintenance activities in coordination with the same team responsible for machine and factory equipment maintenance.
