Job Description

Need experience in Dyeing unit.
Perform routine, scheduled, and condition-based maintenance on machinery and equipment to prevent breakdowns.
Diagnose faults, implement repairs, and test equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
Lead, train, and supervise maintenance technicians and other engineering staff involved in practical maintenance tasks
Monitor and control maintenance budgets, and work with management to ensure cost-effective maintenance programs.
Manage the inventory of spare parts and components, and procure specialized parts as needed for installations or repairs.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with other departments, clients, and contractors to schedule repairs, installations, and major overhauls.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, review work orders, and generate reports for management.
