Maintenance Engineer

As a Machine Maintenance Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and equipment. Your primary responsibilities will involve performing various maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and maintain optimal performance levels. Your duties will include conducting preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to preemptively address potential issues and ensure their efficient functioning. In addition, you will be responsible for troubleshooting any problems that may arise, diagnosing issues accurately, and implementing effective repairs and solutions to minimize downtime. You will also be tasked with carrying out breakdown maintenance when necessary, including diagnosing faults and executing timely repairs to restore equipment functionality promptly. Utilizing predictive maintenance techniques, such as vibration analysis and thermography, will be essential to identify and address potential issues before they escalate. Collaboration with the production team will be key, as you work together to schedule maintenance activities effectively and coordinate efforts to minimize disruptions in operations. Your role will be crucial in maintaining a productive and efficient working environment. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Diploma and have at least 2 years of experience in machine maintenance. A willingness to travel up to 25% of the time is required, and you should be able to commute to our location in Vasai, Maharashtra, or be willing to relocate before your expected start date of 15/07/2025.
