Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Magento Developer with strong expertise in Magento 2.x (Adobe Commerce) and at least 3 years of professional experience with GraphQL. You will work on backend module development, GraphQL API design, and integration with headless/PWA storefronts.

Key Responsibilities

Develop custom modules, observers, interceptors, and plugins for Magento 2.x.
Design and implement GraphQL schemas and resolvers; extend/bridge REST APIs with GraphQL.
Integrate GraphQL APIs with headless storefronts (PWA, React/Next.js, Vue/Nuxt).
Optimize performance: caching strategies (Varnish, Redis, GraphQL caching).
Work with Elasticsearch, MySQL/MariaDB optimization.
Integrate 3rd-party services (payment gateways, shipping, ERP/CRM systems).
Write unit/integration tests and support CI/CD pipelines.
Ensure security, apply patches, and support upgrades.
Participate in technical design, code reviews, and documentation.

Must-Have Skills

5+ years of professional development experience.
Adobe Commerce (Enterprise) background.
Magento 2.x expertise (themes, modules, dependency injection, event observers, plugins).
3+ years of proven GraphQL experience — schema design, queries/mutations, resolvers, debugging.
PHP 7.4+ / 8.x proficiency.
Composer, Magento CLI, setup, di, static-content.
Strong knowledge of MySQL/MariaDB; Elasticsearch integration.
Git workflow, branching, and code review best practices.
Linux, Docker/containers, and deployment experience.
Debugging, profiling, and performance tuning.
REST APIs, OAuth/JWT authentication.

Nice-to-Have

PWA Studio / Magento headless storefront experience.
Multi-store / multi-currency eCommerce setups.
AWS (EC2, RDS, S3), Kubernetes, or managed Magento hosting.
Security patching and incident handling.
PHPUnit, Behat, or automated testing frameworks.

Education / Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
5+ years overall in development, with 3+ years in GraphQL and 3+ years in Magento.

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Effective communication and collaboration skills in remote teams.

Salary Range

₹6–18 LPA (depending on experience and expertise).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
