Ensuring adherence & monitoring of all safety rules and regulations as per policy in the shop floor.
Ensure adherence to SOP, record rejection/ rework, participate in Quality related meetings, implement corrective actions.
Achievement of daily production target(%-fill rate) & Sustain Monitor, maintain and improve upon direct operations costs viz. BOM, energy cost, all consumable-costs, manpower costs, Explain(analyses) usage variances and take corrective action.
Maintain designed productivity. Monitor, analyses productivity and explain variance.
Knowledge of OCPs / SOP’s related to that area. As per the assignment from the management implementation of company initiatives and KRA guidelines.
Achieve production targets, Utilize optimum manpower & initiate actions to improve.
Good TPM knowledge.
