Job Description

As a Machine Operator specializing in peeling, centerless grinding, and straightening, you will be responsible for the efficient handling of steel rods ranging from 20 mm to 80 mm in diameter. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the dimensional accuracy and quality of the final products. Your primary duties will include operating and maintaining peeling, grinding, and straightening machines. You will work independently with rods of varying diameters, performing basic machine setup and maintenance tasks to uphold the safety and quality standards of the production process. To excel in this position, you should have prior experience working with similar machines and processes. Your ability to work autonomously, coupled with a good understanding of measurement tools and quality checks, will be essential for success. A high school diploma or its equivalent is required to qualify for this role. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Bhiwandi, Sonale.
