We are looking for a Machine Operator to work with a E-commerce company in Gurgaon.
1. Operate production machines (e.g., filling, sealing, grinding, packaging) as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
2. Set up machines at the beginning of the shift, ensuring correct materials, tools, and parameters.
3. Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments to maintain optimal output.
4. Perform basic machine cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance.
5. Troubleshoot minor breakdowns and escalate major issues to the maintenance team promptly.
6. Ensure tools and parts are handled and stored properly.
7. Follow workplace safety guidelines, including PPE usage and hazard reporting.
8. Record material usage, wastage, and batch details accurately.
9. Fill in checklist forms for startup, shutdown, and cleaning activities.
10. Achieve daily production targets as per production plan.
