About the Role

Machine Operators

Key Responsibilities

Plastic Extruder, Cutting, Sealing, and Punching.

• Machine Operation:

  Operate extrusion, cutting, sealing, and punching machines according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Production Monitoring:

  Monitor the flow of raw materials and ensure the output (plastic film/bags) meets quality specifications (thickness, seal strength, and dimensions).

• Setup & Adjustment:

  Adjust machine settings (temperature, speed, pressure) to ensure smooth production runs.

• Quality Control:

  Inspect finished products for defects (such as weak seals or uneven cuts) and report issues to the supervisor immediately.

• Maintenance:

  Perform basic daily maintenance, cleaning of machines, and ensure the work area is tidy.

• Safety Compliance:

  Strictly follow safety guidelines and wear protective gear during shift hours.

Candidate Requirements

1. Education & Qualification:

• Class 12th Pass

• OR

  ITI (Any trade)

• OR

  Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical/Plastic Technology preferred)

2. Experience:

• 0 to 2 Years.

• Freshers with a technical mindset are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in a plastic manufacturing plant is a plus.

3. Skills & Attributes:

• Basic technical understanding of machinery.
• Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
