Machine Operator

As a Sterilization Machine Operator at our facility, your primary responsibility will be to operate and monitor computer-controlled sterilization machines in accordance with standard operating procedures. You will be required to set up the machines with the necessary parameters to ensure their smooth functioning and conduct routine checks to maintain efficiency and safety standards. In the event of minor mechanical or electrical issues, you will be expected to identify and troubleshoot them effectively. Additionally, part of your role will involve maintaining detailed logs and production records while promptly reporting any discrepancies that may arise. It is crucial that you strictly adhere to safety guidelines and quality control measures at all times. Furthermore, you will be responsible for coordinating with maintenance teams to schedule periodic servicing and repairs as needed. This position entails working 12-hour shifts, with a split of 8 hours followed by 4 hours, and is classified as full-time employment. The job comes with benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is aligned with morning shifts. As an important note, please consider that this role involves working in a spices sterilization unit. Therefore, it is essential to disclose any allergies you may have to spices. The work location for this position is on-site.
