Role Overview: As a Machine Learning Engineer with 5+ years of experience, your primary role will be to design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning models and pipelines. You will work closely with data scientists and engineers to transition ML models from experimentation to production. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining infrastructure for model training, deployment, monitoring, and retraining using CI/CD for ML. It will be crucial for you to implement model versioning, reproducibility, and A/B testing strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning models and pipelines. - Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to bring ML models from experimentation to production. - Develop and maintain infrastructure for model training, deployment, monitoring, and retraining (CI/CD for ML). - Implement model versioning, reproducibility, and A/B testing strategies. - Monitor ML systems in production and implement mechanisms to detect drift, degradation, and anomalies. - Optimize model inference latency and performance across cloud and on-prem environments. - Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy standards. - Automate data preparation, feature engineering, and model validation steps. - Maintain documentation and champion best practices for ML development and deployment. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or applied ML. - Strong programming skills in Python; familiarity with libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch. - Experience with ML workflow tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI). - Strong understanding of DevOps/MLOps concepts and tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Airflow). - Experience deploying ML models to production environments (cloud/on-prem). - Knowledge of data pipelines and big data tools (Spark, Kafka, Dataflow, etc.). - Solid understanding of model performance metrics, monitoring, and retraining strategies. - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.,
